TEAM Connect Surpasses 100 Hospital Members — and We Are Just Getting Started

In January 2026, over 700 mandated hospitals will begin their first performance year in CMS’ Transforming Episode Accountability Model (TEAM).

In TEAM, hospitals will face increased levels of accountability and high expectations for reducing Medicare costs during the 30-day surgical episodes.

Since our launch in March 2025, TEAM Connect has experienced phenomenal growth. The response from our members highlights a commitment to fostering a collaborative environment as we navigate alternative payment models.
